Village Hall – Port Chester, NY
Arconics phased multiple projects over five years to consolidate village departments into a single structure. The offices of Mayor, Village Manager, Clerk, Finance, Recreation, Building Department, and Section 8 rental assistance were relocated to a commercially converted old school building. In addition to consolidating village operations, Arconics provided services for a new roof and monumental skylights, cooling tower, boilers, flag pole plaza, and parking lot improvements.
Services provided: site selection, space programming, facility planning, furniture and furnishing selection, and project management.
